1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jiy9 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the services provided through the jiy9 website and related mobile-optimised interfaces. By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, or placing a bet or wager of any kind on jiy9, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

jiy9 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Where changes are material, jiy9 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted under English-language legal conventions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any translation or summary thereof, the English version shall prevail.

Definitions

• Account: The registered personal account held by a Player on the jiy9 platform.
• Balance: The total funds held in a Player's jiy9 wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Bonus Funds: Any promotional credits, free bets or matched deposit bonuses credited by jiy9 subject to wagering requirements.
• Wager / Bet: Any real-money stake placed on a game, sports market, or other outcome available on the jiy9 platform.
• KYC: Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and certain account actions are permitted.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jiy9 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jiy9 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform for personal recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of a third party or commercial entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of jiy9 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are not excluded from gambling services under any self-exclusion arrangement, court order, or regulatory restriction applicable to you.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and are not acting under duress or influence.

jiy9 takes its age verification obligations seriously. All accounts are subject to identity and age verification ("KYC") before withdrawal requests are processed and at any other time jiy9 considers verification necessary. Acceptable identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where a Player cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, their account will be suspended and any balance may be withheld pending resolution.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money features of jiy9, you must create a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (BDT). You agree that all information supplied during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one jiy9 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jiy9 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any bets placed, and forfeit any bonus funds credited. If duplicate accounts were created as a result of a genuine error, the Player must contact [email protected] immediately to have the matter resolved before any further activity takes place.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. jiy9 will never ask for your password, full payment card details, or OTP code via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account settings.
• Notify jiy9 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.

jiy9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials, or where you shared your login details with a third party.

KYC Verification Process

Before processing any withdrawal, jiy9 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This involves submitting one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. jiy9 aims to complete KYC reviews within 2 business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on jiy9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jiy9 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (subject to the minimum set by the selected payment method).
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically credited to your jiy9 wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to be reflected in your account balance.
• jiy9 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please review their terms before transacting.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM BST (UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted after this time may be processed on the following business day.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released.
• jiy9 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests as part of its AML and fraud prevention procedures.

Currency & Exchange

jiy9 operates exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to Player accounts. If you use a payment method that processes in a different currency, any conversion will be performed by your payment provider at their prevailing rate, and jiy9 accepts no responsibility for exchange rate variances or conversion fees charged by third-party providers.

5 Bonus & Promotion Rules

jiy9 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific offer terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Game contribution percentages are stated in individual offer terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the offer. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the stated validity period.
• One Bonus Per Household: One bonus per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address applies. jiy9 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility where it suspects multiple accounts are being used from the same household.
• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus (if active) is available to new Players on their first deposit only. Players who have previously held a jiy9 account, regardless of whether it was closed, are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any activity that jiy9 reasonably considers to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

jiy9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform or by email where reasonably practicable.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your access to jiy9, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal, recreational online gaming — and to comply with all applicable rules and these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiy9:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access jiy9 if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system errors.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jiy9 games or systems. Any such bugs must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Using jiy9 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider in relation to legitimate jiy9 transactions.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your jiy9 account or any funds therein to any third party.
• Accessing jiy9 from any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, or using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening jiy9 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Where jiy9 determines that a Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take immediate action including: voiding all bets and game rounds associated with the prohibited activity, suspending or permanently closing the account, withholding or forfeiting any balance remaining in the account, and reporting the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

7 Game Rules & Betting Integrity

Each game and betting market available on jiy9 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game lobby or sports betting section. In all cases, the specific game rules take precedence over these general Terms with respect to gameplay mechanics, payout structures, and settlement procedures. The following general principles apply across all jiy9 products:

RNG Games (Slots, Card Games, Virtual Tables)

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games offered through jiy9 are powered by certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. The outcomes of these games are determined by certified random number generation algorithms that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. jiy9 does not interfere with game outcomes in any way. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided in the game's information panel.

Live Casino Games

Live casino games streamed through Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios are operated in real time by trained live dealers using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice). Results are determined by the physical outcome of each round as captured on camera and are final. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the round result will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the studio system at the time of disconnection, unless the disconnection occurred before any game action was taken, in which case the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on jiy9, including live in-play cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers) and football markets, are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BFF, etc.). Pre-match markets close at the scheduled start time of the event. In-play markets close according to the state of play at the time each market is suspended. jiy9 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• An event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time.
• The odds at which a bet was accepted were materially incorrect due to a pricing error.
• Suspicious betting patterns or match-fixing indicators are detected in relation to the event.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may close your jiy9 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding wagering obligations on bonus funds. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently, directly through their account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, login is blocked and no marketing communications will be sent. Requests to reverse a temporary self-exclusion before the end of the selected period will not be honoured. For permanent self-exclusion, jiy9 applies a minimum cooling-off period of 6 months before any reinstatement request can be considered. Suspension or Closure by jiy9

jiy9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information.
• Suspicious activity, potential fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is detected.
• A Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The Player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.

Where jiy9 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, it reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of any internal investigation or legal process. Where no breach is found, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

9 Limitation of Liability

jiy9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and reliably, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiy9 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of your use of or inability to use the jiy9 platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, even if jiy9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, payment processing delays, or events beyond jiy9's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Actions taken by game providers, payment processors, or other third-party service partners that affect your account or wagering experience.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jiy9's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are solely responsible for managing your own bankroll and gambling behaviour. jiy9 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the platform, provided that the games and markets operated by jiy9 function correctly and in accordance with their published rules and RTP parameters.

10 Amendments to These Terms

jiy9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations as a Player — jiy9 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address, or via an in-platform notification upon next login.

Your continued use of the jiy9 platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to arrange closure of your account and return of any real-money balance.

jiy9 also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, product, payment method, game, or promotional offer at any time without liability to you, subject to returning any real-money balance attributable to affected services where applicable.
